ABOUT

My name is Sam Spencer Silverberg, I’m the head coach and owner of The Dojo. I have over 20 years of experience in the martial arts industry. I am a second degree black belt in Karate and have spent six months training in Kung-Fu and Sanda in China, Three months of training in Muay Thai in Thailand. When I'm not traveling, I'm training with my private coach, Raush Manfio, winner of the million dollar prize PFL tournament.

 

I believe my extensive training and experience make me uniquely qualified to help you achieve your fitness goals through martial arts. In addition to improving physical fitness and strength, martial arts training has numerous other benefits including stress relief, improved coordination and balance, and increased self-discipline and self-confidence.
